Portfolios and tote bags are great for large artwork while traveling.  But they can be bulky and not convenient for taking onto planes, trains or keeping up on group trips.  The Sketch Folio™, designed by an artist and art instructor removes the constraints of size and lightens the load, making sketching anywhere at anytime possible and very enjoyable.

Made of waterproof 600D high quality nylon fabric, Sketch Folios, are 10-1/2” L x 12-1/2” W x 1-1/4” H (27 x 32 x 4 cm.)  Any 9" x 12" ( 23 x 30 cm) field sketch book fits snugly into the left side pocket in the case.  The right side features six pencil or brush pockets and a 4-3/4” (12 cm) wide pocket to hold a small sketching or watercolor set. 
Three elastic bands are added, designed to hold a small water bottle, pencil sharpener, glue stick, eraser or whatever you may need to keep handy.  A 12” (30 cm) ruler may be placed in the spine of this case as well. The case folds neatly, with the front flap secured by a magnetic closure.

On the outside, place keys, wallets or other small items in the 5-1/2” x 12” (14 x 30 cm) zippered pocket.  Just in case you misplace your Sketch Folio, be sure to slide in your business card in the identify pouch.  If you’re in a hurry, just grab Sketch Folio's two soft handles and off you go.  For hiking or extended carrying, Sketch Folio also comes with a removable shoulder strap.
