Avril Cunningham
I am a Visual Artist who creates mixed media artwork and runs creative workshops in a range of mediums.
I am inspired to create my artwork through travelling and investigation. I enjoy trying to get an overall sense of the place or subject matter and the knowledge and experience gained inspires me to paint my interpretation of it.
For the past 10+ years I have exhibited successfully at the Pittenweem Arts Festival, Pitlochry Theatre and recently in Miami, Florida. I also have a permanent exhibition at Grange Meadows Framing in Monifieth, a business I run with my husband Scott.
