John Howard Sanden has been a pioneering force in American Portraiture for over 40 years. He founded The Portrait Institute and the National Portrait Seminar, which grew to be the largest seminar program in America. John says, “I have worked exclusively with the marvelous Silver Brushes since I first discovered them more than a decade ago. I am particularly devoted to the Silverstone® bristle filberts and those delicious Renaissance® sables. I believe that these Silver Brushes are the finest artists’ brushes available today.” Mr. Sanden is a recipient of the Gold medal for excellence from The Portrait Society of America.
