We use USPS for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.Ā  There is an additional charge for insuring these shipments.Ā 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive shipment confirmation and order tracking number at the time that the shipment is created and the packing label is generated with the carrier.Ā 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Silver Brush Limited is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).Ā  These government fees are not included in our free shipping offer.

Damages

Silver Brush Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.Ā  Be sure to document the damage with photos.Ā

At Silver Brush Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return your items within 30 days 1 of receiving them for a full refund of the product price. Ā
