Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

 Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays.  Occasionally throughout the year we attend industry trade shows, which might cause picking and packing delays, but this is rare.  We do our best to ship your items the same day that you order them. 

 Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We use USPS for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  There is an additional charge for insuring these shipments. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive shipment confirmation and order tracking number at the time that the shipment is created and the packing label is generated with the carrier. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Silver Brush Limited is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  These government fees are not included in our free shipping offer.

Damages

Silver Brush Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Be sure to document the damage with photos. 

International Shipping Policy

Silver Brush Limited has negotiated shipping rates around the world.  You can order directly from us and pay for the shipping, customs, duties, tariffs, taxes and other fees.  We can get you the negotiated shipping rates at the time of order. 

Returns Policy

Silver Brush Limited - 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At Silver Brush Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return your items within 30 days ¹ of receiving them for a full refund of the product price.  

 

Our Simple Return Process:

1. Find Your Order Number: Locate your order number from your order confirmation email or packing slip.

3. Return Instructions: We will reply with confirmation and instructions.
4. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return.
5. Ship Your Return: Ship the package back to us using the following address:

Please retain your shipping tracking information for your records.

1. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your order.
• You must provide your order number to process your return.
• No reason for the return is necessary.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs paid to the carrier are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in a resalable condition.
